NO RESPONSE ON ORDER, NO ANSWER WHEN I CALL
I placed an order online over a week ago and still no response. I finally decided to call in but I have been holding for over an hour and I haven't spoken to anyone, and this is the sales department nogal. I went online and started a chat in case the battery on my phone runs out, and the agent tells me to call the number I have already dialed where there is no answer
