No response on faults not completed - Reference number is: 171CNK110416

<p>This fault has not been sorted out .I have followed up numerous times and have had no response .The outdoor cable feeding my home is lying on the floor of my flower bed. There are poles on the driveway for the cables to be hung on. The technician said that they will have to send the person that handles outdoor cable installation. This complaint is going on from 2015 see complaint log. This is not acceptable. Kindly address this matter urgently</p> <p> </p>
