No response on fault

<p>I have reported a fault 2 days ago and have followed up on both telkoms website and saw that it's "in progress" as per website. I then tried speaking to Hellotelkom on Twitter and my tweets and messages are being ignored . I would please like to know what the status is as I use the adsl for work.</p> <p>please advise thank you</p>
