no response on cancellation of a contract thatwas never delievered

08 Apr 2019, 15:32I ordered a phone online and after 30 days it never arrived, money was deducted on my account and after waiting for so long, I then asked if I can cancel the order. they helped me cancel it and still today I have not received any confirmation that its cancelled or even get a refund
what can I do as I called many times and all they say is they will investigate the matter
