no response on call logged
I reported my Telkom line down on 28/07/2015. The only response I received from Telkom was the ref no: 325CRZ***5<br> Its a business line and until now I have not received any joy in calling the 10217 number as nobody bothers to answer that line. Its really pathetic. The tracking on that ref number just shows the sms they sent me.
