No response, No resolution

Internet did not work 26/03/15<br> Called a logged complaint 29/03/15 - Reference *** no response<br> Called again on 06/04/15 Spoke to Siya in Tech - said there was a problem in our area , promised to call back by 09/04/15 no response<br> Went to satellite office in Cresta - referred to call centre<br> Called again on 12/04/15 was on the phone for 2 hours, tech could not help - said he will get a senior tech to call, no response<br> 13/04/15 went to Cresta and logged a call left name and details , no response<br> 15/04/15 escalated problem, no response<br> called call centre again 21/04/15 , I was told my call was closed<br> <br> I am paying for a service that I am not receiving<br> It seems like technicians I spoke to had not technical knowledge<br> <br> I am still waiting
