No Response International Roaming

I have been trying desperately to get my international roaming to work. When I emailed the Telkom roaming support email address, I got told that my number was deactivated. The next email I received was to say that my number was now activated as well as the international roaming being activated. When I follow the steps given to me, I still receive “no service” message. When I email international roaming support email back to let them know it is still not working, I just don’t receive any response!! Extremely frustrating!!
