No response, incomptence, *********

Once again nobody from Telkom will take up the responsibility to deal with my queries. Still waiting for feedback on my upgrade which turned out to be a opening of a new contract all because of the sales person wanting the sale. I want my initial number to remain. Why is it so difficult to understand? It fascinates me how quick the company can call and tell me about their sweet deals yet being misinformed. Please provide me with a copy of my call that took place 18 Oct at 14:30 so that i can actually take the matter further. Endless attempts have taken me absolutely nowhere. I am disgusted to say the least.
