NO response from them

We called MWEB because our internet was not connecting properly. So we tried to use new splitter and cables but on luck then after a few days the internet was fine but then the telephones was dead. So we called Telkom and they said after 7 working days someone will come,well I have now been waiting 2 Months and still no one. Then a week ago we get a Simple Sms that said \a tech was here and all is good". Well I would like to know to whose house did he go because definitely not ours. So then they also ask would I recommend them to our friends and family well not me because this is horrible service and yet here were are still no telephone but now they charge you for NOT using the telephone well how the hell I am I suppose to use it if it DOES NOT WORK. So Telkom is the #1 place that I will never use again......"""
