No response from Telkom to fix telephone and internet lines

<p>After 4 days of no internet or telephone connectivity and NUMEROUS attempts to get someone out to fix this, we have had no responses or technicians contact us. We are spending A LOT of money in purchasing data from a cellphone network and losing business and time. Unable to use our server which is connected to the internet. Totally unacceptable as Telkom can not even give us a reason as to why this is happening or when it will be fixed.. Considering cancelling the contract and moving to a service provider THAT ACTUALLY PROVIDES A SERVICE.</p>
