No response from Telkom query

I renewed my mobile contact since November/December 2017. I only received minutes for only two months and then it stopped. I have been inboxing Telkom on Facebook but did not respond to my query. Their call center lines also don’t work as you wait for hours and no one answers. I feel like I’m paying for a plan that falsely advertised. Their network is also terrible lately! I really would not recommend Telkom to anyone
