No Response from Telkom as of yet

Good day<br> <br> I made a complaint on Thursday 30/04. a response was posted on Friday at 07:37 advising that feedback will follow.<br> <br> Needless to say no feedback was given<br> <br> I called in Yesterday and spoke to Frank Mkwa****, i requested a manager call me within 2 hours. <br> <br> Surprise, surprise, no one called.<br> <br> I called back and asked for Frank, a message was sent to him to call me back and to date no response from him or his superiors. I mean seriously.<br> <br> This is really tiring and annoying to say the least.<br>
