No response from telkom

Please can you assist me with my telkom account. On April 30th 2020 I checked on my telkom profile and there was nothing showing that I was owing on my account I even took a screenshot of it.I called telkom to check balances and on the recording there was no amount for what needs to be paid on my account. I've tried from the middle of last month till now to get through to someone who can assist me but there is no answer on the calls. Also since last month I don't have internet coverage.
