No Response from Telkom

<p>When ever you submit an e-mail from the Telkom website, under the Support Section, you never get any response.</p> <p>It shows submitted successfully and a copy of the e-mail was sent to you, but the copy never arrives.</p> <p> </p> <p>So does the E-mail support online not work? Is it just discarded?</p> <p>Phoning Telkom Mobile support is also no use, as you wait and wait, but no consultant assists.</p>
