No response from Telkom

I'm trying to cancel my phone line since December, send a email yesterday, and Telkom does not even send a email or sms, Adsl line was released y mweb, send a email, yet Telkom dont even respond, very poor service, I cannot logged into there web site, give some cookie error message, phone the call center 10210, few times. I dont think you have the customer service up to standard, as why should a person phone so many times just to cancel, with no communication, after email complaint department the lady only response as conversation, who did she speak too, was not me recently?? ********** my land line number.
