no response from Telkom

I am disgusted with Telkom. I have sent a request for my line to be cancelled months ago with no feedback as well as Telkom still debited me. I did try calling them. There is no way that I am getting through to an agent, I sat for hours trying to get a hold of them. How am I supposed to get this line cancelled if telkom does not reply and if I am not able to get a hold of anyone that can assist?
