No Response from Telkom

Telkom casually *****ing money... I have paid for a device that comes FREE with our package. I have a reference number, so please do not issue me with another reference number and tell me the matter has been escalated... My issue has been pending since 04th July 2018 and I have yet for someone to call me back with this matter!!

It is disgusting!
