No response from Telkom

Once again I have to resort to Hello Peter to get a response from Telkom. I logged call with Telkom on the weekend, reference 1CRK041015. It is Wednesday, still not had a call from them. <br> I have tried to phone 10210, but after holding for 30 minutes, I gave up. Also their online chat is useless, either no one responds, or you get transferred to someone who doesn't respond, or they just disconnect.<br> <br> First of all had no service. I found a break in the line to my house which I have temporarily repaired. Secondly, I pay for a 4 MB line, but only have 2 MB.<br> <br>
