NO RESPONSE FROM NCC and minutes not converted to data !

I wanted 3+3Gb topup but received 100 minutes airtime for R49, which is NOT WHAT I WANTED. I phoned and spoke to numerous consultants and went instore to N1 CITY BUT NO RESOLUTION. HOW DIFFICULT IS IT FOR TELKOM TO CONVERT MINUTES TO DATA THAT I PAID FOR. I emailed complaint ref. ***0 to *** AND the NCC BUT NO RESPONSE FROM EITHER. How can a CSP give such pathetic service and expect to survive if the others suddenly offer competitive prices ? I'll definitely move over after 20 years with telkom !
