No Response from Complaint - September 2016

<p>I complained last month with regards to my Telkom Mobile account and have had no feedbacvk to my complaint. They are charging me R131.45 for a returned debit order in September, even though my account was paid. Again they tried to take off R382.45 last night even though my acccount was paid on the 15 October as agreed and not for the 25th of the month. It seems that they are nnot interest in their clients.</p> <p> </p>
