No response for the LTE broadband

<p>I am a little upset and tired of writing about the same issue. I have app**** for the 50gb FUP LTE broadband and after waiting longer than a month, I still didnt get a call. I tried to phone a number of times and i have sat listening to that horrible music and adverts for 40 minutes before hanging up because nobody is answering in that department. I tried the call me back service. I reported it online and still nothing. It is a good deal and I would really like to get it. I just wish someone can help me...</p>
