No response for service cancellation

on the 19/04/2017 I emailed a cancellation form to Telkom to cancel my service . The reason I cancelled was because of the bad network in my area so i had no choice but to cancel , then I sent the email to ********** but response from them yet I'm receiving messages saying I'm owing telkom even though I cancelled
