No response for query ***8, logged 31/08/2019.
Dear Telkom, i have logged a query on 31/08/2019, ref no ***8, the sms stated "your query will be attended to" I have followed up several times, first comment was, i must give 72 hours, nobody has responded up to now. I am not happy.

04 Oct 2019, 15:52Hi, James from Telkom mobile has visited me today and attended to my query, we have moved my router to a different location in my house, i pick up a "stronger" tower now and i am happy again. a Big thanks to James and Telkom.
