No Response for Online Order

I placed an order for the Telkom R99 deal for 5GB data and a Mobile Wifi Device online last week monday. I still have not received a call to finalize my order. Called to the call center on Wednesday and call center advised they cannot help me if i ordered online? Where do i go to how do i follow this up? Very frustrating!
