No response for more than 2 weeks
I app**** more than 2 weeks ago for the Telkom uncapped LTE service and was told i would receive a callback, it has been more than 2 weeks and I have not recieved any response from telkom. My ticket No. is ***. I have even asked for a callback and home demo hoping i would receive a call from Telkom with no luck, It should never take this long to get back to any customer.
