No response for bad service
<p>I wrote a review about the service I received from Telkom where I bought data and asked them to reverse the said purchase. I still haven't heard anything from telkom. Worse is that I can't even use the data to download anything. It's faulty. </p> <p>Im really considering changing networks & I was happy with telkom, even recommending it to other people. </p>
Its funny that telkom says they cant reverse the transaction yet you (telkom) sold it to.me under false pretenses as the terms and conditions were not listed in your sms. So now its my problem to deal with alone. I was lead to believe that what I was purchasing was for 31 days and it was just for 7 days.
