No response for 3 weeks to request for moving telephone

<p>I informed Telkom more than 3 weeks ago on the relevant page on their TELKOM website that I am moving and requested that my phone be moved as well. On submission of the detail I was informed that I will be contacted within 48 hours. It is now 3 weeks since the submission and I have not yet been contacted. In the meantime I have moved house. Due to the *********** employees at Telkom I guess it will be better to just cancel my account.</p>
