No response bad service from telkom staff t.maguba

I took out a cell ph.contract early November for my anniversary on 16th dec. for my wife.and everything was approved in still waiting for delivery<br> Telkom should get rid of their useless staff who does not respond to their emails up until today.telkom is the worst run company in the country .maybe they need some competition on.this particular inefficient staff member is miss Thobekile Magubane.
