No response

I've upgraded a mobile cellphone contract on the 18th August through an online agent that called.me and was told that the phone would be delivered in 10.working days. Nothing arrived. I spent 2 hours calling telkom yesterday and they logged a call to progressions department who was supposed to call back in 24 hours. I am still waiting and its longer than 24 hours. Such terrible service.
