NO RESPONSE AND NO FEEDBACK

Ordered a cellphone via the website. Took over a week for a sales agent to get back to me. Has now been two weeks and no further information. All i get is promises of feedback but never actual feedback.<br> <br> Worst part for me is that i would prefer to now cancel the whole deal but who do i speak to? I think the Call Centres phones must be out of order because you can wait for hours....<br> <br> Absolutely Ridiculous. If someone does respond to this complaint. All it would be is another promise of feedback which will never ever happen.<br> <br> Sad Sad Sad
