No response after requesting line move

I complained on HelloPeter about this issue before. Telkom responded and gave me a 031 number to phone. Telkom then marked the issue as resolved even though they did nothing and I still don't have my line (its been almost 2 months of no service). Every time I phone the 031 number, it is either engaged or the woman just tells me there is nothing she can do for me. <br> <br> Telkom has no problem with sending my bill to the new address but seem to care less about actually providing me with any service what so ever! Why can't they just get me my line at my new address?
