No response after reporting email not working

<p>I have reported my primary email not working in December 2016 with a refrence no ********** 45</p> <p>Complained that i do not receive emails for ********** <p>No body comes back to me</p> <p>But they willing to take my money every month for the email</p> <p>Just another example of pathetic service from Telkom.</p>
