No response after issue escalation

I have received a reference from call center ***3 Regarding my contract premium that went up, what is the point of a contract if u r going to put up the signed agreed premium? I logged this ticket which was escalated a week ago and nobody has called me back. Unbelievable service, they sure know how to get rid of their clients.
