No Response after initial good response

I was contacted by a Telkom Agent via call then i emailed him some docs after a few emails back and forth he said he had ordered a data plus router deal for me. This was last week till now i have not yet recived any updates or response from him. I have also tried to contact Telkom directly to no avail. I Would like to know what should i do as i dont want to miss out on current specials
