No response

About more than a week ago, I sent to of Telkom's "team leaders", NONHLANHLA & LESO an e-mail regarding the POOR PATHETIC SERVICE being provided by one of their chat agents. To date they have not provided me with feedback regarding my complaint. It's like they just ignoring my e-mails.
