SInce 8 March I have been trying to cancel my service and get a new bill for my telkom mix and laptops. Now my phone has been cut off. So if I pay the full amount are you going to reimburse me for the month that I haven't used my service due to no one calling me or cancelling what I have asked you to cancel????
