Telkom Reference - SM 145160- I have since come to agreement withTelkom and agreed to settle this matter and paid a final amount which was lower than the R15 000 initially asked for. This matter was all concluded via email with a gentleman called Thato Gopane who was very helpful and courteous.<br> However, on the 24th December an amount of R508 was debited from my bank account by telkom. I then raised this matter again with telkom on 29th Dec with Kabelo Mbikse providing him with all the details.<br> I have since had no reply and demand my R508 back from Telkom.
