NO RESPONSE

don't ever take out a Telkom mobile contract, in the first place, you will get billed for the the wrong package, secondly they don't answer their phones, not the branches neither the customer service line, and if you go to the branch the que's are out the door, and according to them only the manager answer the phone so if the manager is out nobody answers the phone. So this left me with a still unsorted query and nobody to assist me...
