No Response

I app**** for a cellphone contract online and have not received any response from the call centre. I then called the customer service and they advised me that they don't have stock I should go to the stores. I have been calling the stores around me in Johannesburg, The Glen, Rosebank, Cresta, Eastgate and Southgate and none of the stores answer their phones. This is not the first time I have experienced such service from Telkom, there is no improvement. It is pathetic service that they don't answer calls, it is not customer service. Please urgently advise which step I must take to get a cellphone contract from Telkom mobile.
