no response

I have complained now on numerous occasions about the slow internet. No help from telkom, i am going to take this up with icasa and the ncc. Telkom is charging me for a service that the will not provide. They will not fix the Internet cables they will not sort out the exchange. I am fed up with the poor service they give us. A telkom technician has told me that they will not repair it due to me living in a low income area, yet they dont complain that the bills are paid in full. In my eyes this is theft.
