NO RESPONSE
I REPORTED A NOISY LINE ON ONE OF OUR PHONES AT WORK AND WAS GIVEN A REFERENCE NUMBER ***. THE COMPLAINT WAS LODGED ON 16 10 2015 BY SMS AND WE THEN RECEIVED A SMS TO SAY THAT THE PROBLEM WAS ATTENDED TO
