No response

I queried my latest statement. Nicole Cupido responded advising that I must pay R828.00 for March. I queried about the debit order that went of my account, besides the transfer I made. She requested I forward proof of payment. I requested for an email address & had to ask twice for it. She then gave me an email address, to which I forwarded the proof. To date I've received no further feedback, despite sending a follow up email.
