17 Jul 2018, 21:22Thank you for the response. I do understand that your response time might take a day or so, but you will respond. The last time I spoke to telkom via the call centre the R700 deposit for an ADSL line was not logged as a deposit. The friendly call centre operator told me she will mark it as high priority (as per my previous review) and we need to go into a Telkom branch with our details and the person attending to us will see on the profile that it is marked as high priority. So we did all of that. Now this is the 3rd week after we went into the Telkom branch to get everything sorted, and still nothing has happened. We use uor prepaid phones to call Telkom, which is not a free number from a cellphone. Many a times after holding for longer than 20minutes we have to eventually give up, as airtime runs out. Telkom, how long does a paying customer have to wait & how much more money need to be spent to get a service thats been paid for? We realise that we are but a drop in the ocean when it comes to your customer base. But please Telkom, please can we get the service we deserve?
