NO RESPONSE

I refer to my review of 22/11/17 & your reply of 24/11/17 giving me a reference number - AI ********** . I cancellled the service on 24/9/17 and nothing has been done despite enormous effort on my part. I have just received another invoice. For goodness sake, this is now beyond a joke.
