No response

Good day,

I have sent several emails and phoned for this problem. On my Telkom email, if I receive and email it disappears once or even before it is read and you cannot find it anywhere. When I phoned I was told they would log a service request, never heard anything so I emailed a few times. This is going on for about 2 months or more. I still have the same problem and no one is doing anything....................................................................... Maybe it is better not to use a Telkom email address or their do Messaging !!
