no response

<p>I reported two numbers that appeared on my profile thats not mine. I reported a dispute and was told the matter is resolved. The numbers still appear on my profile. I hav no airtime left all of a sudden and I tried to explain to the online help facility that I think my account was hacked. They said its not been hacked but I dont trust this because I hardly used my phone. I dont know what to do, except to stop using my telkom sim</p>
