No respone on online orders

<p>I've placed an order online for the special that's running for a limited time and they said that an agent would get back to me. It's been about 4 days now. No one came back to me and I can't track the order using the code either because there's no answer at the call centre. I've been on hold multiple times, each time for over 20 minutes!!</p>

I'm still waiting, nothing works not the call centre, the chat site, the call me back button or email query!!! I have an order reference how am I supposed to know if I am getting the device or not!!
