Good day<br> <br> My father is a pensioner - and we need to change his landline to a prepaid line due to the fact he cant afford to pay every month large bills.<br> <br> I tried to call key west but no response - *** call westgate line keeps on being busy, so what kind of service do they offer to people who cant drive or come in to the store.<br> <br> secondly we have a cordless phone whereby we have numerous problems with it - if you pick up the phone it goes dead - when you take the phone to someone the signal get lost.<br> <br> We need assistance where we can change the line to prepaid for my father and aswell the phone to be replaced without any charged - due to pensioner.
