No respond to cancel 2 lines

<p>We struggle now from 30/6/2016 to cancel our telkom line. If you phone they do not answer at all. I phone 2time last week hold on 52min and second day 48 min with no answer at all. I urgent need to cancel our second line also already submit all forms for both lines again at Telkom Mobile Kolonnade and Belinda sent it from there to ********** this was 10/5/2017, since then no feedback from Telkom at all. Yesterday I called again to apply for a portable server and with in seconds they answer??? So if you want SALES they answer but if you want to CANCEL they do not answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!PLEASE TELKOM THIS IS BAD.....half way in the call I stop her and cancel the call with try other option but not telkom.</p>
