No Responce to move Distribution Cable

<p>My Name is Jacques Groenewald. I contacted Telkom 3 months ago ragarding the planning around a commercial building we are managing in the CBD Bloemfontein called the Arcade Walk Through.</p> <p> </p> <p>I first got in contact with a gentleman called Jerry, phone number ********** .</p> <p>He was helping out his team mate called Willem, number ********** or ********** , who was on holiday at the time.</p> <p>He sent me a technitian the following week to move a spesific distribution box in the centre to a different location as we are busy with major upgrades to our building. In that discussion with the technitian we spoke about a thick Telkom distribution cable that will have to move from the once side of the building to the other.</p> <p>The cables are in PVC piping. The technitian requested that we provide a new pvc pipe be installed the route we want it to be redirected through our building and then call Willem who is responsibe for the area.</p> <p>Seeing that we got such good service the first time around dealing with Jerry i thought it would be easy to sort out with the next call.</p> <p> </p> <p>HOW WRONG COULD I BE.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had the new line installed as discussed a month ago. The day i started with the new line installation i Phoned Willem. Williem i phone contantly, leave messages , phone again, leave messages, phone and phone and phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>I even tried to get hold of his distribution manager that is located in Bethlehem, called Nico....... Also without success as no one will give me his number.</p> <p> </p> <p>When i got hold of Willem again two weeks ago, he set an appointment for Monday. I waited for Willem all day Monday. Tuesday i phoned him and asked if he forgot about out appointment for Monday at 10Am. He said he is buy but will be there on Wednesday.</p> <p> </p> <p>Wednesday Willem arrived on site........ I beggend him to please send someone out to complete the re routing of the cables as the infrastructue were done more thant a month ago.</p> <p> </p> <p>Willem said that he would sort it out. Well....... here we are. No communication from his side, no technitians on site and still the old cable is rusnning through two renovated commercial shops on the floor ...... The building firm have left the site as they finished as far as they can, two shops can te be put on the market to rent..... Income lost.... stil no action from Telkom.</p> <p> </p> <p>It's institutions like Telkom that should assist with connecting people. Obvisously the are failing terribly......</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
